Born in Arizona, Eric knew from an early age that he wanted to enter the ministry in spite of being raised in a non-Christian home. He began preparing himself for the ministry, attending Walla Walla College and earning bachelor's degrees in theology and communication. Upon graduation, he and new wife Rita moved to Michigan, where Eric completed his Master’s of Divinity at Andrews University. Moving to Seattle, they accepted their first job as senior pastors of New Life Christian Fellowship in Woodinville, Washington where they served for 14 years.

In 2002, Eric and Rita moved with their daughter Alyssa to Portland Oregon and founded Eastside Foursquare Church giving birth to a new entrepreneurial model of ministry

Patrice Tsague is a business trainer and coach with a unique ability to combine entrepreneurship principles with biblical wisdom.  Along with his wife Gina, he created the Biblical Entrepreneurship Certificate Training Program to help individuals build kingdom businesses. Patrice is a sought after speaker, trainer and coach with over 12 years experience.  He serves as a business coach for several small and medium sized companies and has trained over 4000 entrepreneurs and business executives.    

Gina Tsague is a woman of faith who has learned (and is still learning!) to walk in James 1:4. Gina attributes her love and commitment to prayer to her church back East, Bethel World Outreach Church. She was a member there for 3 years, and also served as the ministry leader for the Bethel-North Children’s Ministry. With her husband and best friend Patrice Tsague, they founded the Nehemiah Project International Ministries whose mission and vision is to build kingdom businesses and transform the marketplace with the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ one entrepreneur at a time.  Gina is the mother of two beautiful girls, Gabrielle and Danielle.

Hannah Hilbert

Hannah is a native Oregonian and has lived here her whole life. She attended college for Music and Psychology, and played classical piano for 14 years. Hannah's passion is to further God's kingdom and see each and every person impacted with the love of God. Hannah has a beautiful son, Dominic, and enjoys reading, laughing, and Broadway plays.

Alpha & Monica Hayward

Alpha Hayward is the privileged senior pastor of Revolution Church. He is married to his beautiful wife, Monica Hayward, and has 3 lovely girls: Mahala, Kalena, and Kiana. The Hayward family has been involved in two previous church plants and are loving the experience of this third church plant in SE Portland. Monica and Alpha have served in youth ministry for over 12 years and have a strong passion for lost and hurting people. Alpha also serves as an evangelist with the NGA, which is the Next Generation Alliance with Luis Palau. This is Alpha's first time as a senior pastor, but has over 6 years in elder leadership and has always been a devout servant of the Lord since the age of 20.

Ryan graduated from LIFE Bible College in 2002 with his heart set on planting a church.  That dream was realized in April of 2010 as Eastside helped him plant The Oregon Community.  A native to Portland, he loves golf, the outdoors, and his wife Cynthia and daughter Charlotte.  Although, his real passion is showing people who Jesus is and what this new life is that He's chosen to give us.  This is why Ryan is here, and why he is not dead yet.

Beverly Rotondo spends her days serving God and taking care of her family. She is mother to three grown (nearly perfect) children and a grandmother to three young (perfect) grandkids. She has been married to her husband, and best friend, Steve for 35 years. Aside from her love of God and family, Beverly enjoys reading and she is also an avid online gamer (to assist the grandkids, of course).
